Title: Unkneaded Unyeasted Bread
Categories: Bread
Yield: 2 Medium

1 1/2cRoasted buckwheat flour
3cWhole wheat flour
1cCorn meal
1 1/2cBrown rice flour (roasted)
2tbOr 3 Soy sauce
1tbSea salt
2tbSesame oil
5cWarm water (maybe)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Add oil, soy sauce, and enough water to form a thick batter (like a slightly soupy cereal). Spoon into oiled baking pans (3 3/4 X 7 1/2). Bake for 2 hours at 350F. Remove breads from pans, and turn upside-down in oven until dark brown.
